Vga hardware or driver to open youcam. Click the set capture options button in the cyberlink youcam window, and then select burst from the drop-down menu. After installation when i double clicks youcam icon from my desktop it says 'you do not have compatible vga hardware or driver to run youcam'. Hi, column 136 in my laptop.
